What's included with a banquet ticket?

All tickets to the MDSAHOF Induction Banquet include cocktail reception, dinner and access to the silent auction and induction ceremony.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

Yes, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please send written notification to [email protected] no later than November 2nd. Include the full name and email address of the individual replacing you.

What's the attire for the Induction Banquet?

Formal gala attire i.e., suit jackets; cocktail dresses etc. View photos from last year's Induction Banquet here for a visual of typical attire.

Can I request to sit near a specific inductee?

When purchasing your ticket(s), you will be asked your preference of inductee. The MDSAHOF does its best to accommodate seating preference, however all requests cannot be guaranteed.

I'm an inductee, what do I need to know?

When do I receive my table assignment?

Within 10 days of the event, you will receive via the email address provided on the ticket form information on your table assignment. If you purchased a table or multiple tickets, you are responsible for communicating this information to your guests.

What is the deadline to purchase tickets?

The deadline to purchase tickets at the early bird rate is October 26, 2023. After October 26, you may still purchase tickets (while available) at the regular rate. Tickets may be purchased on site however, we strongly suggest purchasing online to avoid delays at the door.
